• Data Center Development
  We assisted a commercial developer to evaluate their existing portfolio for data center suitability. Our evaluation yielded an ideal site saving considerable costs on electric infrastructure. Additional evaluation identified 2 more suitable sites, one currently in use by an enterprise customer, and another large development site with considerable capacity.
   
• Developer Utility Construction Consulting
  We saved our developer client over a million dollars by proposing alternate solutions for utility infrastucture construction and getting utility approvals.
   
• Data Center Development
  Electrical infrastucture advice helped developer triple amount of data center space in once location, while opening additional opportunity at an adjacent site.
   
• Developer Assistance with Utility
  We helped a developer cut thru the red tape in an issue involving conflicting electrical codes to resolve issues preventing the developers' appartment residents from moving in.
   
• Data Center Development
  We helped client evaluate two scenarios to increase capacity - one involved more upfront costs but much improved savings and reliability.  We ultimately suggested a solution reducing up front costs and retaining other benefits.
