For 40 years our Principals advised public and private sector clients and collectively have over 100 years’ experience in the utility industry. We advise on issues pertaining to site location economics, incentive programs, data center site location, energy procurement, renewable energy systems, utility infrastructure assessments, installation and relocation of infrastructure. We work seamlessly with developers, brokers and specialized service providers advising clients to identify expansion plans and execute successful growth strategies. Our Principals draw from our in depth experience with the electric and gas utility industry professionals nationally in economic development to streamline processes, expedite installation of services, mitigate risks and identify opportunities.

ENERGY ECONOMIC SERVICES

MISSION CRITICAL FACILITIES SERVICES:
We assist data centers, disaster recovery and other specialized capital-intensive projects with managing the complex location requirements and public sector variables by pre-qualifying sites, assessing project feasibility, profitability, timing, cost and business continuity issues.
SOLAR AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SERVICES:
Provide solar and other renewable energy installation services; from initial feasibility, regulatory requirements, utility review, installation, activation and post-installation monitoring.
ENERGY PROCUREMENT SERVICES:
Assist companies with the acquisition of economical energy from third party suppliers (TPS), managing the initial RFP through contract negotiation and execution of agreements.
UTILITY LOCATION SERVICES – ELECTRIC, GAS, WATER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS:
Assist companies with redevelopment projects, expansions, or new service layouts; from initial site selection and utility analysis through incentives negotiation to documentation and compliance.
INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENT SERVICES:
Review and analyze existing buildings and sites for mission-critical or solar facilities, redevelopment and utility infrastructure relocation or installation of new infrastructure identifying the variables that impact project success. We identify the sites that have the best infrastructure for development and interconnection and what infrastructure requires relocation to make as site work.
ENERGY OPTIMIZATION SERVICES:
Review and analyze energy conservation options and business continuity needs while overseeing the installation and post-installation monitoring of the system.
